I am confused about how to un install my popup blocker.i play Pogo games.Got help from Pogo,but very confusing

Went to Pogo help but don't understand where to go for these blockers.I did the CTRL they say it's active,but when I go to collect tokens I get the same 'whoa,about the popup blocker installed..I could sure use some help here with this..Thank you

Go to Tools on your Internet bar and click on Internet options, set your pop up blocker to medium and put pogo in as a website that your will allow.
