if you mean stencils as in decals check out the web for decals ...however if you mean screen printing also called silkscreen printing or serigraphy then ask this question again be specific and I will explain it in detail if you like I have my masters in printmaking so be honest enough in your report to state where and how you got tour information to stay straight with your teachers, they are trying to teach you to learn not to get the info without work you own them that much

lol i liek the first persons answer, but it started off with wood block carvings look that up japanese wood block carvings and then they amde stencils go that way...

1) Google it
2) Ditto Wikipedia
3) Go to the library
4) DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK!!!!
