It opens with a spoken introduction (so to speak) from Mark, then goes into "Tune up #1" (December 24th, 9PM, Eastern Standard Time. From here on in we shoot without a script...)

The very first song is Tune Up 1. But it's not a major song. It's just Mark C. conversing with Roger D. whilst the latter strums his guitar.

The first major song is Rent.

The person below me is correct, I didn't think of "Tune Up #1" as a song, but that IS the first. =)
