There were several time zones/climate areas in the lands in the Bible This contributed to the availablilty of foods.

Between the Tigris and Euphrates Rivers, where the soil was/is fertile, veggies and grains grow well, if there is water to wet them. Therefore bread and greens was a good meal.

In areas where there is pasture land animals were milked so there was milk/yoghurty things to be eaten, and wild figs, dates and other mediterranean stuff in the area by that sea.

And lamb, goat and cow meat was consumed where there was good grass up or on the hillsides.

But NO Mac and cheese, twinkies (R) no M&Ms and other such goodies that we consider just about essential.

They were healthy in many ways, but did not have the meds we do, when an infection came along.

And, because of the fact they're fruit they fill me up. I even have some tinned pears or fruit salad with a dollop of vanilla yoghurt. Yum! reasons why you crave chocolate is with the help of the fact your physique needs the endorphines this is obtainable in it. Its o.k. to have some, your physique basically needs to devour and devour because of the fact it needs greater nutrients immediately.
