Try a local Indian newspaper. Unfortunately too many good IT jobs are going overseas. Even very American companies such as home despot and wal mart outsource tons of work overseas. They say it is because they can't find the talent here but at 28 - 30 cents on the dollar (compared to a US hire) I suspect the motivation to outsource overseas might be something else.

I did not realize that you start a job in management. I thought you went to work for a company. If you showed good work habits and good production then you worked yourself up the ladder and eventually were rewarded with a job in management.
How do you step right into management when you are new to the joband do not kow how the company works??
