When I know that I'm right and the other person is wrong I'm just itching to let it be known;however, I try to be conscious of what is driving me to speak. Is it for the better of the situation or just to prove someone else is wrong? I try not to hold my tongue if it will hurt someone and vice versa.

i take advantage of to bite on the right aspect of my tongue in my sleep. it will be sore for a lengthy time period because by the time it would initiate to bypass away i'd finally end up doing it again. a minimum of all you probably did became chew it the once, it will be worse. attempt ingesting some ice it use to artwork somewhat for me.
