There is much more to blame for ruining America. But I do agree that it has been blown way out of proportion. Dare I say, it has done much more harm than good. It is causing an oversensitive group of youngsters that will be a sad next generation, and sorely lacking in backbone.

I don't think political correctness stands a chance against the ingrained freedom of speech that we Americans have become so used to taking advantage of. I think the only thing political correctness does is make political incorrectness funnier.

I believe it is just one of the problems we face in America. We used to know who the bad guys were, now everyone hides behind "political correctness". It's a sad, sad, situation.
