Bats usually eat insects that are flying and can be snapped up out of the air. Snails don't fly so that is not part of their diet.

The almost 1000 species of bats that eat all types of food. The group of microbats mostly eat small flying night bugs like mosquitoes, moths and others. The megabats mostly eat ripe fruit found in the rainforests. There are other bats that eat strange food such as frogs, fish, scorpions, and plant nectar.

It is amazing the different types of foods that bats eat. The picture at the left is a nectar eating bat feeding from a hummingbird feeder. ..............so no i dont think so

Small thin worms in the stomach of a bat are most likely parasites, not something the bat ate - though some of the insects it ate could well be the intermediate host of the parasitic worms.

No bats eat insects they fly thru the air at night using thier radar and catch insects.

i think they don't.they feed on worms.i come from a village where bats are eaten.when the bats are caught and dried,what we find in the stomach are small thiny worms
