I bought a D&G pullover from eBay and paid with my PayPal account. It turns out that the D&G is totally FAKE. I don't think only leaving a negative feedback will get me my money back.

Is there something I can do? Can paypal solve this problem for me?

Both paypal and ebay have ways of helping you with this. You need to contact each of the respective groups at ebay and paypal to help you get this resolved. I was cheated once on ebay and going through the process got me my money back and they even went after the seller to make sure this hadn't happened before.

There is no guarantee paypal will be able to solve your problems, but your best bet is to put a dispute through with them, to see if it's possible to mail back the bag, and receive a full refund. Also, if the ad for the bag is still up look to see if it says it is an authentic, that way you can prove to paypal the seller is a cheat.

Report this to paypal. they will help you.The customer service No is +1-402-935-2081. I can give you a link that deals with Payapl & Ebay transactions through Paypal. PayPal is one of the most popular online money transfer systems widely used for online auctions, pay to surf programs, e-books and purchase of low value goods. It is now a part of the online auction website eBay. More details available at

You can file a dispute. Usually, it turns out in your favor. You may have to give some proof that you were cheated. I would also call E-Bay. You can't find the number anywhere on the website, but I have it....(408) 558-7400. You can file a dispute directly through them. Good luck!

If you used a credit card to pay PayPal, contact them and file a dispute with them as well.
