His last name is Mencia not Holnes. He is from Honduras and in most (if not all) Latin countries the mother's last name is used as the children's last name. So his real name should be Ned Holnes Mencia - his real first name is Ned - Carlos is just a stage name.
I like his politically incorrect brand of humor......he says it like it really should be said - honest and real.
