Lady Macbeth is, honestly, a bit of a villain. She is ambitious, beyond all reason. Scheming, devious, but, ultimately, not cut out to play that role--the whole "out damned spot" spiel reveals her guilty conscious.

She emasculates her husband, to get what she wants--which is Macbeth as King. She acts ruthless, but that is, essentially, her undoing.

She was dark, and when i say dark i mean her thoughts, and besotted with her husband mac doth or should i say afraid of him together they were brutal, and blood thirsty....lady Macbeth can be described as a tortured soul shrouded in darkness, pain, hurt, and total and utter despair, but craved ultimate power, and driven by evil.
