Any country that has legitimized a political force like Le Pen cannot be taken seriously.
There is something deeply, and seriously wrong with the French.

Don't know much about French politics (even though I have a good friend who works for INTERPOL in Lyon), but from what I've heard, French politicians tend to lean toward socialism. If that's the case, I would disagree with their political ideology. They tried socialism in the former Soviet Union and it didn't work. Heck, it didn't even last a full century despite the fact that the U.S.S.R. was considered one of the "super powers" at one time. Socialism is one of the most effective ways to destroy innovation, motivation, and creativity. If people are rewarded for doing a better job or coming up with better ways of doing things or developing new products and technologies (as is the case in a capitalist system), the economy and the standard of living will flourish.

Don't know a whole lot about them besides what the MSM reports but...
Seems like french politics and policies is very much on the socialist side. They look out for themselves (the french).

Sometimes they are duplicitous. But since America no longer believes in diplomacy, how can the US criticize the French.

Expect other countries to take care of them.
