No I do not think that you have a blood clot if you did then your arm would be swollen due to blood not being able to get past the clot. Also you would be able to possibly feel a rope like hardness in your vein. I think you just have severe trauma to that area it will just take time for your body to heal itself. But, you should feel proud that you gave blood just think of all the people that you helped but donating your blood!

The Red Cross is almost certainly correct or at least I am able to say that you do not have a blood clot. The bruising you describe is not uncommon after any procedure which punctures a vein and such bruising is caused by blood under and within the layers of the skin. Occasionally such blood may be pulled together and forms a 'lump' but again this is not a blood clot. A blood clot implies a 'clump' of blood within an artery or vein and that would be a circumstance for which you would need to seek the attention of a physician. Follow the Red Cross' advice and please continue to dontate.

It is possible, but unlikely... If you're worried about it though, Just make sure you don't rub it. Take some Asprin to help thin the blood and help it desolve the clot (if there is one) But it sounds like they did just bust a vessel/hit a nerve.

What question are you really asking? I get the impression that your real question, translated into medical jargon, is "Do I have a thrombus that could put me at risk for pulmonary embolus or other serious disease?" in which case the answer is almost assuredly no. A local bruise can have complications, of course, but chances are slim.

its doubtful. I'd see a doctor just to have them overlook the area. What are the chances the woman who talked to you took your blood, and also she can not see or evaluate the area. Your doctor can give you an expert opinion. It's not entirely impossible, just unlikely.
