Things I can do that includes gaming on my XP?

I have a 360 and was wondering what things I can do on my new Windows XP Professional (COA).
It is a latitude LS

I also want good multimedia programs that I can use that's on my XP

Is that the old Dell Latitude LS laptop? That one was rated as not very good for 3D games, had only a CDROM, had only 128 MB RAM and had a hard disk with insufficient capacity for today’s video/multimedia applications. I hope that I am wrong.
