There's not one posted anywhere on the street so I guess that means I can go as fast as I want then, right?

I have two jobs, both are next to a highway, so the highway speed limit is 70, but the parking lots of both jobs is 5 miles an hour, and no noone ever goes 5 miles an hour.

It's 55 or 60 I work off of a feeder road of a major freeway running through Texas.
