The UK does not have a president. It has a Prime Minister. The House of Commons is in control of the Labour Party which is currently headed by Tony Blair. As head of the majority party he becomes Prime Minister.

It appears that you are attempting to learn about the US and UK political systems. They are very different and can confuse people not familiar with those two brands of democracy. There are nations that have both a ceremonial President and a Prime Minister that actually holds power. The US and UK do not. There are websites available that explain the political systems of both nations that you might want to check out.
