can't get an answer to my previous question. I'll rephrase it. I know what and how to use the URL code. What is the difference between URL -- and TAG and IMG? Where and how would you use TAG and IMG -- what codes and do they make the image smaller or what?

I honestly do not know what TAG does, nor have I ever used it. The IMG tags surrounding the url I use on message boards, and that is really the main place to use it. However, if you want to provide just the URL to your image-a link-then you'd use just the url. You can also insert that into your own html codes, such as
