County Court

If you are a union member then consult your local union officials. They will take the case to court on your behalf if the emplyers will not settle up. If you are not a union member then for free advice, go to your local citizens' Advice bureau. They can tell you whether you have a case and how best to pursue it. Depending on the circumstances you may need to go to either an Industrial Tribunal or a Small Claims Court. The CAB will help.
Good luck!

You did not provide details. Did they accuse you of stealing? Did you get caught stealing? Did they just fire you and refuse to pay you? Those details make a big difference in answering your question correctly.
