Yes. With cartridges, you can dump the information into a computer file called a ROM. This will be an exact copy of the game. You can usually play them using an emulator, which is a program that acts like the game console in order to run the game correctly. With CD/DVD games, you can copy the images to your computer and play them the same way, using an emulator. You can also just make straight copies of the CD/DVDs, but they normally won't run on your system unless you use a modchip or some other sort of bypass in order for them to run. Unless you have a Dreamcast of course.

Yes, but it'll cost about $40. Don't waste your time downloading trials, or on limewire or shareaza, or file trading sights because NONE of them work, or their a trial.
you have to shell out a little cash sorry.
(AND TO EVERYONE ELSE... This dude probably knows it's illegal to do, but thats why we all got computers in the first place wasn't it.)
