The Elves would win. Santa has to go to sleep sometime, and the Elves can take shifts. The second Santa goes nighty-night, the Elves are gonna take that slave driver OUT!

It's a lot like people who enslave Gnomes.

The Elves, but don't expect Christmas for a few years after, if ever again.

Sheer numbers beat an extremely powerful individual every time. That's the fun of organized revolution -- topple the leader then run around with a broken system for a few years until some new leader gets the economy back in line and the trains running on time.

Santa's- they might build weapons with their techniques, or only use the techniques. The Keebler elves would desire to triumph over the **** out of them with rolling pins, yet Santa's would desire to shoot them with paintball weapons. If it is interior the wooded area, the Keeblers in all probability have only a sprint an top hand, being familiar with the land. North Pole and Santa's elves win arms-down.

The elves, they are so small that they could attack and chew away at Santa's ankles until he could no longer stand up. Then they would have him floored so they could reach to hit and kick him in his balls until his sack bursts!!! GO ELVES!!!!
Plus Santa has a CLAUS in his contract that states he cannot fight and the Elves were brought up in a rough area by parents who fight with each other and don't have any hO hO hO levels!!!

It depends ! Are the elves in a union ?
Santa would have to prove they are unreliable
but this would be the best time of the year
to stand up to him. He wouldn't be able to get new staff
at such short notice.

HAHAHA!!! Grow up! Believing in Santa is good but don't you think there are enough REAL wars and the last we need is a fight between Santa and some little children-like people whit big ears.
