Its seems like they only want people from the AA, and AAA's. There not even trying to make a big move on Free Agents, and they have a WHOPPING LOAD of money! Do they think they can make the Playoffs with the team that have now? With Radke, and Liriano not playing the WHOLE next season????

I wouldn't worry too much. It may seem bleak right now, but as JenJen said the winter meetings start on Monday.
That is usally when all the big deals get made during the off season.

I'm not sure how your farm system is stacked up, but every year The Twins always find ways to win.

Without Liraino & Radke your pitching may not be as good, you still have Santana (who will belights out again).

Chin-up mate!

Your Twins will crash and burn. Your team backed into the division title because the Tigers choked big time but when it counted your Twinkies to a major dump in the playoffs. You won't be back next year. You're down to one pitcher and a launching pad for a baseball. You'll be lucky to play .500 ball next year. The Tigers learned a major lession and will destroy you and the rest of the teams in the division. The Tigers will have the division in their back pocket by early to mid September and you're crappy little team will be on the bottom looking up. Don't worry about the winter meetings. Your management will be a no-show!! Happy trails whatever you call yourself!!

Twins are a small-market team that can't afford to pay what the big boys pay in player salaries. Don't forget that only 5 years ago, MLB was seriously considering abandoning the Twins because of their bad financial shape.

It is a small miricle that the Twins even still exist, never mind can compete.

Because, as usual, they cry poor mouth, say they are in a small market, and just don't spend the money they do have to make the team better. Business, as usual, with the Twins!!

Chow!!

Relax, the Winter Meetings haven't even started yet, that's when you'll see more trades and signings.

Simple, because they're the Twins. You can't correct something that has been so wrong for so long....bye bye Twins!!!!
