I have been repeatedly bullied in my college class and saw my lecturer about 2 weeks ago about it, things calmed down and then these three guys who were bullying me started again, I confronted one and then the lecturer asked us to sit down, another one started, anyway the ins and outs of it are, I retaliated to these bullies and then when I got called a tramp off one of them I hit him. One of the lecturers got hurt in the fight which I am truly embarrased about, I never condone violence I hate fighting....one of the bullie's friends rugby tackled me and smashed me up against the whiteboard which then broke, they have been suspended but I haven't, what will happen to me?

If you were defending yourself against verbal or physical violence, then you need to see an attorney and sue the individuals. You should also file a police report over this incident and get a restraining order against these fine fellows. The college and professor are responsible for any harrassment or physical contact they allow in a classroom. Obviously the professor was a wimp and could not control the students. He needed to kick them out of the class and fail them when he could.

I think that since you are in college you should have acted like the adult you are. If the bullying started again after you spoke with your lecturer, then you have gone to the dean & spoke with them about the problem. You should have been the bigger person & not let obnoxious immature morons provoke you.
Learn this now, there will always be people in life who think it is their job to act like a**holes & they will never grow up. IGNORE them & walk away.
Good Luck!!

I think they will see common sense, that you were being bullied and retaliated. If it happens again keep a diary of any incidents and go to your personal tutor with it, at the end of the day it's up to you to provide proof, tedious but true

First attempt to talk it out, then attempt to get a 0.33 occasion in touch to settle it, yet whilst all fails now and returned quite everyone understand is a lil beatdown. whilst i replaced into in extreme college i replaced into bullied plenty until oneday I had had sufficient. I fought returned have been given suspended and all. you already know what the bullies instructed me. They stated they could have stored bullying me until I stood up for myself because of the fact i replaced into an basic mark. So now and returned its extra effective to do something than do no longer something. i could communicate on your prof. and see what his evaluations are and what the college stance is whilst it pertains to problems with that nature. Lawd! Rugby tackled ya into the rattling white board. you will desire to be a tuff azz stylish....lmao! you may carry wit me anyday.

i cant stand bullies, they only bully you if they think that your better then them, or if they are jelous, or they just do it because they have nothing to do with there pathetic sad lame lives. they will get back whatever they give. tell your parents. or the police what they are doing to you is HARRASMENT and they could be locked up for it or cautioned. make sure when you go to your classes that you hang with your friends or even one or two. they are mostly likely to start on you if you are on your own.report them to your head of year or headmaster/mistress. good luck

Yikes! The college may look at your case and if it looks like you were being bullied to the point of having to fight back, they may not do anything to you. You better present your case well.

Wow. I don't think you should have come at them.
It's best just to ignore the situation and move to the opposite side of the room.
But now that it's all said and done with, I guess just wait till it blows over.

In America today what you have done is assault and battery. You will be lucky if you are not prosecuted or if a civil suit is not filed against you. Learn to walk away.
