Pearl Jam. I love people who say nirvana, nirvana didn't do anything special. There music is very basic, they didn't really bring any new ideas. The cult following they developed in their later years and moreso after their death is laughable.

My choice for me would either be Van Halen, or the BoDeans. The funny thing is that that music does nothing for me anymore. I totally played it out at the time that I burnt myself out. But at the time it was what I was vibing to. I am into the hiphop culture right now.
