ok well do u want to stay on the team? Do you really care about the sport? and your school pride?
Here is what i would do. If you want to stay on the team make that very clear, in high school effort is really important. If your coach sees that you are TRULY trying to get better and make your team better he should keep you. Also talk to your coach on what you can do to be a better ball player and what you can do to help the team. He will respect you for that.

I went through the same stuff! Graduated at 6'5 and 170 lbs. If you have a good attitude and work hard on your game, you will be fine. Just make sure Coach sees your heart and determination. Who knows, in a couple of years you may put on weight and be ready for the college game. Good luck and keep workin' hard!

As a coach, I'm not going to keep a kid just to kick him off. If he kept you, he wants you. If you want to stand out, work hard, be enthusiastic, be a leader--coaches like that.
