This channel is available via minidish satellite in the states on DirecTV and also Globecast World TV.
With DirecTV, you can add it on to your existing programming package (at least $42/mo) for an additional $15/mo.
With Globecast World TV, you can purchase JUST Setanta Sports for $15/mo., and you get a slew of other international channels for free which may or may not be of interest to you depending on what languages you understand. However, if you want normal TV programming, you will have to use your local Cable provider or another satellite TV provider in conjunction with Globecast. Globecast uses a 30" dish, and DirecTV uses an 18" dish.
Consult this list for a list of the free international channels that come in on Globecast (the light yellow ones above 11700 in frequency)

It's on DirecTV and I know 4 sure it's not on Dish Network. Setanta Sports is on channel 615 on DirecTV.
