You don't give enough info for a proper answer. Try these websites for more info on hotels where you'd like to stay. (I add a website for hostels - quite often hostels are just as great for a prolonged stay - I can reccomend the YMCA in Taipei.)

Depending on the hotels and the area that you are living in, it could range from US$77- US$255 per night.

In a nice 3* Hotel with breakfast, near the MRT Station (2 mins walk) @ USD50.50 nett per day - USD353.50/- week.
Location near food, Shopping,entertainment e.t.c.
