Example: For work gifts, do you open them there, or take them home? Open them at home immediately, or put under the tree?
For family gifts?
For gifts from significant other?
We have a 1 early gift rule at our house: We each get 1 early gift from the other, and open other gifts (outside family or work) when we get them. What about y'all?

In the family, we make the rounds to three different houses Christmas Eve, and get to open two presents each, then we get up early the next morning, make the rounds again to open the rest of them and have lunch/dinner. By the end of the day, we're all full as ticks and we have so much stuff in our van that we have to sit on some of it.

Well I am a SAHM so I don't have to open anything from work but when I did work and I got something I would open it in the car on the way home and ***** about what crappy thing I got all the way home then through it away lol.

From family, we do the my hubby's family Xmas Eve at their house and we open them then. With my family and my kids we open at my house on Christmas day.

With my hubby He will usually give me his at his parents on Xmas eve. and I will wait until Xmas morning to give him his. I think it is because he has to leave my present at his parents so I can't find it so it is there anyway lol.

I'm retired, so I don't get the office gifts any more
( Too bad, I kinda miss them). All other gifts go under the tree and we open one on Christmas Eve night, and the rest on Christmas morning.......
