I like them flared and would want them to be simple but stylish/classy and a moderate price. Any ideas on general stores that can be found in most states would be helpful. Also need ideas for stores where I can get cute, stylish clothing for work, going out etc for moderate prices

JC Penny's is really nice. They have flared jeans (any actually) for just about anyone of any height and size. I love going there because I know how hard it can be to find jeans for someone like me too. hey also have a lot of cute tops and other accessories.

Victoria's Secret Jeans are great for women on the taller side. I have a friend who is your height and she bought an entire wardrobe from them! She loves the dress pants and khakis too.
Most of their pants and jeans go up to a 34" inseam.

One place i've found to have jeans that are great for taller people is Yanuk. Take a look, they have some really cute stuff!

Vanity - they have sizes specifically for height. But the sizes run a little big, so be careful.

I agree. Vanity or The Buckle (you can shop online). You can also try Delias.com, they have sizes up to 36" length.
