Is there truly herbal aphrodisiacs?

Herbal aphrodisiacs, are they true or just another myth. Some were talking about a certain type of herbs, fruits & foods. Others talk about a far eastern stone... some others mention a certain type of seafood..etc... what's the reality on this issue?

I can say from personal experience that Yohimbe does tend to improve my sex drive. During a period of time when I was in the unfortunate predicament of feeling a very low sex drive *and* dating someone with an incredibly high sex drive, the Yohimbe helped enough to put me "over the top" as far as performance was concerned. On a couple occasions, I was even able to have several orgasms without losing my erection.

Thankfully my sex drive has levelled out and I'm back to my old self again ... but I'll pop one occasionally if I want to add a little bit extra to my performance.

This is a hard question to answer since some times certain people do find herbal aphrodisiacs work for them.
But usually in truth it is the mind that is the TRUE aphrodisiac! If you believe something is going to work, then many times it will. Sex and orgasms are direct links to to the mind. It is your mental state that will determine satisfaction in sexual encounters and orgasms.
When after having a cancer operation of the prostate, my doctor said that orgasms are a matter of the mind, I thought that he was way off, but since I have found just how right he was/is.
So if you have the right mental attitude then you will not need things like herbal aphrodisiacs. I once also had a Guru tell me that I was the first person who could obtain a natural high - Like I say it's all mental, in your head!

There is no such thing as an aphrodisiac whether it is vegetable, animal or mineral..... If someone finds one they will be an instant billionaire many times over.
