Yes, when they were working in Vegas together. Kenny was married at the time. It led to a separation.

And this could be a real tale, we had a radio station in my section go down for some days whilst they have been doing something, and the single and purely song they performed the entire time became Islands interior the bypass...and easily to coach my love and dedication to Dolly and Kenny, I never replaced the station! I listened to that song consistently, and not in any respect have been given uninterested in it.
