i need to know what tools you need to become a nurse like a stethetscope outfit ??? what all? and do u get supplied with them or do you have to buy them?

No they do not supply you with them.

nothing really...most facilities have scopes and such...many even supply the scrubs. In school the university or school will tell you what to get, usually unis and a scope.

pendal scope,
brass hammer, (2)
sealer
straphurdles
depresser
synchophoebic lighter
pladelphone
slip rings
corded filliment twine (6 yards typically)
cell phone and or pager,
you have to bring your own.
