on the top of your mypsace page click on the button that says "music" then you can browse different artists or bands. When u find one that u like.. go to the artists page and they should have songs on there.. all u do is push the (i think it says) "add to my page" or something of a sort.. it should automatically add that song to ur profile.
I perfer puting videos on my myspace.. in that case you can find videos under the music part of myspace as well.. then just copy the URL and put it in any section of ur profile.
