Garuda Indonesia is main airlines in Indonesia, but you can choose other airlines...
i recommended Bouraq Airlines & Merpati Airlines...
Or you can choose any budget airlines like Batavia Air, Air Asia, Adam Air...

Garuda is the only airline that flies this route. They have 1 direct flight per day:
Batam - Bandung 18:20 19:50 GA 027.
Any other flight will require you to change planes in Jakarta.

Garuda Airlines has evening flights straight to Bandung.
(At other times, change airplane in Jakarta).

No need to fly with Singapore airlines, it will be expensive.
There are other -cheaper- domestic airlines, but those will not be able to book you a direct flight to Bandung. Also, less service if the flight happens to be cancelled.

Ngurah Rai International Airport in Kuta is served by many International and Domestic Airlines with daily flights to and from USA, Europe, Australia and Asia. Most of the International Airlines fly to Singapore first as the nearest foreign airport and it only takes two and a half hour flight from Singapore to Bali.
