you would need a memory card of some kind and get a scan disk...a scan disk is a memory card that holds songs and stuff like that....you can buy it at best buy...

I have got on link for you better look at that it is in English,
this is just an small intro please visit the web. You could see English and Japanese tab at the top.

The W43SA supports "One Seg", the terrestrial digital TV broadcasts for mobile phones and other portable devices. It allows approximately 4 hours and 40 minutes [3] continuous viewing of TV programs, and approximately 10 hours [4] of recording time on a supported 2 GB microSD Memory Card. Color and brightness can be set to your preferences. And not only can you enjoy even more realistic sound with "DBEX™", but also with the built-in retractable whip antenna, which works for both the TV and the FM tuner, you can receive noise-free broadcasts without having to connect earphones. The W43SA is packed with useful features to maximize your enjoyment of "One Seg".

[2] The service start date varies according to each broadcaster. See the Association for Promotion of Digital Broadcasting website for details regarding "One Seg" services.

I hope this will help.
