more than 75% of the garment must be different
that can be using a different fabric
a different way of stitching
etc etc etc

That really depends on what you intend to do with the finished garment. If you are making it for your own use, and not passing it off as the famous maker's product, how can you go wrong?

Go do it in Mexico, its done there all the time and it covers all areas. Remember to take some cash to keep the cartels off your back. Or come up with your own ideas, the other people did.
