Try Amazon.com. I recently saw they have cells for $50 I think it can work in Trinidad, but not sure.

Get a Pantech C300 from Cingular (prepaid) for $100. Tiny camera phone with the bands you need (850/1800/1900 Mhz). Only downside is battery life is a little lacking.
