Choclate Chip Cookies
1 cup Crisco
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp soda in 1 tsp hot water(dissolve the soda)
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 -12 oz. pkg. cholate chips
A tip for soft chewy cookies: Bake at 350 degrees. When the tops start to turn golden, take the cookies out, and let them finish baking on the cookie sheet for about 5 minutes. Take them off the cookie sheet and onto waxed paper to finish cooling.

The one on the back of the bag of the nestle morsels is my all time favorite. It is no fail and easy. Ive used it for like 30 years now.
