Get into bed, take em off, and throw them at the bedroom wall. If they are still stuck to wall in morning then put on clean pair, otherwise they are ok for another week... This is the method my girlfriend uses with her thong..

You don't ever have to change them. It's a myth spread about by detergent companies. I have worn the same pair of y-fronts for fourteen years without ever washing them. The only reason i would accept for changing your y-fronts is if the dogs follow you around like they did me. I thought i'd outwitted them by trapping them in my truck and driving them up to Alaska, but three months later they were back. Now i let them sleep in the basement with my wife Gloria who does change her y-fronts on a regular basis, but still manages to smell worse than me.

I suppose if you have tried turning them inside out a couple of times and more than a week has passed, this would be about the right time. You must be a huge hit with the ladies!

Everytime you raise your sleepy little head from your vomit soaked pillow in the daytime, put on some clean underpants and use the old ones to wipe the vomit from your mouth. It will become too uncomfortable to have carrot chunks next to your delicate bottom for too long.

Well, I would say it's every day and you should know that! However, if you need to ask, you must need more guidance. Perhaps changing them before they stick to you would be a good idea!
