It's perfectly normal to not have a noticeable belly at 16 weeks, most women who are pregnant with their first child usually do not show till around 6 months or even 7 months. Since the baby looks fine and healthy then don't even stress about it. Good Luck!! The belly will come just give it some more time.

When i was pregnant with my first daughter I was healthy and so was the baby. But I didn't show until I was almost five months along. The doctor said it was because I had a long torso and therefore could "hide" the pregnancy more. I still laugh to this day about the time I went in for a refill for my vitamins in January and the lady guessed i was due in June, I was due two weeks from the day she asked.lol.

Give yourself 1-2 more weeks and you will see a huge difference in the size of your tummy. Your tummy will grow

I wish I could show you my photos haha. I don't really have a tummy yet either, it's just little still... it kinda looks like i'm just chubby more than anything and I'm 17 and 1/2 weeks. So I wouldn't worry about it, all women grow at different rates.
Good luck to you and congrats!

The size of your belly depends on how strong your abdominal muscles are, your physical structure, the position of the baby and more. I've had friends that never had to wear maternity clothes because there bellies just didn't grow that much. It has no effect on the health of your baby as long as the uterus grows as expected. Sit back, relax, and enjoy pregnancy. In my opinion, the 2nd trimester was the most fun!

With my first pregnancy nobody knew I was pregnant until I was 22 weeks. I hid it from everyone as I was scared (17 didn't want an abortion). Bad idea but I didn't show real early. I think because you have been so sick you aren't showing real big yet. But be patient... soon your feet will disappear and leave a big, round belly with your little angel in it!! Good luck and congrats!!

I didn't show until I was about 30 weeks, my sister told me I didn't look like a pregnant woman just a fat woman, and I wasn't overweight. It just depends on your build and how you carry. If you want to show more, wear clothes that will accentuate your tummy, go buy some cute maternity clothes. Good luck, and congratulations!

you're fine! IF your dr hasnt metntioned any concerns about your weight and if everything appears to be healthy then dont worry about it. Everyone carries a baby differently so it's not really practical to compare. You'll pop out in the near future.
