You don't wash your face with menstral blood, that is really gross and your menstral blood is dirty anyway. It's a myth.
There isn't many difference between the different brands of sanitory pads/panty liners, personally I prefer Whispers.

Give up on the myths.
If you mean full pads, I like Always thin with wings (and now they come with a cleansing wipe attached). If you just want a shield because you are using tampons, I like Kotex pantiliners, odor absorbing.

For the rags, they have them with wings, flaps, If they ever put a prop on em they might just fly right outta the ole panties So you'd better be sure to have the adhesive strip and odor absorbing.
They won't be able to smell you coming.
Why don't they make odor eaters for the Y? Just a thought.
