You will find people in Japan very cultured and helpful. The currency used in Japan is Yen. The climate varies widely from one region to another region. During summer it is hot and humid. In winter it snows a lot on Sea of Japan but dry on on the Pacific Ocean side. Good times to travel in Japan is early or mid-April or late-October

you'll find out when you get here (Japan)!
you will get lost easily since there are no names for the streets, but don't worry, ask a police or try to look a the map really carefully.
for trains, there are many companies, different speeds,
just don't get on to the train that don't stop at the station you want.
for food, you can find cheap foods (as well as expensive) anywhere, just go to one of the fast food resturant like sukiya, matsuya...(yellow)..and so on.
you have to buy tickets from the machines first and then give them to the waiter/waitress,
also no tips in JAPAN!
5% consumption tax.
i think its hot in japan, but if you are from malaysia, then maybe little bit cold for you.
many companies like to give out tissues for free (just to promote their products or services), feel free to take them.
japanese people in tokyo walk so fast, u don't have to be like them.
and they like to squeeze in to a small subway during rush hours, which is really normal.
many men (salary men) wearing suites to go to work.
woman like wearing mini skirts or shorts.
