Those definitely rate among my least favorite co-workers. People who have a tendency to point out others’ mistakes need to do their job above all reproach. I promise you that the whole office watches that person’s work and waits to pounce on the slightest clerical error.
It makes me sad to see that happen…but I always get over it.

Every company has one. I think they are self-centered and immature. Most of the time they are insecure and have no self-confidence, so in order to feel confidence they must be the snitch patrol. Noone has explained to her there is no such thing as "perfect".

I have one of those. She is quick to point out how 'lazy' everyone is, when she will not stop eating for 2 seconds to get off her, no joke, 3 ft wide butt. Then if my best friend and I ever decide to go get something for dinner, when we bring it back she ALWAYS get this puppy dog face and says, "Oh, I wish I had known you were going to get food"...Drives me crazy!!!

i have one of those also and i have never seen anyone cry so much at work either she is soooo quick to mouth off but cant take even a sideways glance in her direction ....truly mental hoping she will self destruct before i have to hurt her for real

I think they are unhappy financially and/or jealous of the person they are criticizing. I would simply ignore someone like that and just do my work.

i like to drop kick them in the parking lot after work. seriously, you should steal one of her office supplies(stapler) and put it in a jello mold and stick it back in her desk. LOL
