The socket mechanism itself can handle a lot of amps (>30), but the fuses (or circuit breakers) on most home circuits are for 20 Amps max. There is also an issue with startup for power hungry systems. The initial inrush to charge the capacitors in the power supply can spike above the 20 A even when the normal usage is below that value. To work around this you can try to unplug everything else on the circuit and then startup the heavy usage device by itself. Once it has been up for a minute try to power up the smaller devices. If the one device pops the breaker then need to investigate getting a larger breaker and possibly running new wiring.

32 for the whole ring main,so much lower per socket. You shoudl not exceed 13 amps per socket.
Why, what you up to ?
adaptors don't increase the maximum, they just allow more plugs, the combination of which should be less than 13 amps.

the present is limited via the 15 amp circuit breaker. because of the fact the circuit breaker is 15 amps, enable's anticipate, in line with the electrical powered codes, the conduit in the partitions is sufficient (quantity 12 or quantity 14 copper), and the outlet itself is rated for no less than 15 amps. the completed for all you shops shouldn't exceed 15 amps. you may draw as much as fifteen amps from one outlet as long because of the fact the others at the instant are not drawing any.

the largest load you should put on one socket is 13amp, this is governed by the size of the fuse in the plug.
