Its from a really bad and annoying kids program from Australia. That is what they call the main guys in the show. I am assuming that is what you are referring to.

If you're not a parent, there's no reason to know. If you are a parent, there's no way not to know. The Wiggles are four guys with elementary education backgrounds and musical talent who decided to start a children's show in Australia around 1990. The show has skits and a lot of singing and dancing, especially with the kids doing the dancing on the stage with the guys. Each "Wiggle" has a one-colored shirt, so many people know them by their color, if not by name.

The show is geared to the 2-4 year old crowd. My five-year old says it's a show for "babies." As a parent, it was much easier to endure the Wiggles (because they actually do have some musical talent AND backgrounds in childhood education) than Barney or many other children's shows.

As a piece of trivia, I'm pretty sure that two of the Wiggles were actually in a pop band in Australia called The Cockroaches that had a Top-40 hit there before they started The Wiggles.

I'll take the Wiggles over Barney ANY day of the week...

If there's a kids program I can't stand, it's that freakin' purple dinosaur. Anything else is okay with me...I actually LOVE Blue's Clues :o)

A children's singing group is known as The Wiggles. Lot's of fun. The big hit I catch myself humming is Hot Potato, and I don't have kids.

they are not exactly teletubbies, they are humans, sometimes a little bit gays but fine for children. They have catchy songs and a pirate very funny. If you want to meet them, put the Disney Channel in the mornings, they have their show there.
