How much do the girls expect to make at Hooters? If the only made the same as a TGI Fridays, or Applebees waitress why would they work there? Hooter's does not have a high priced menu, so how much $ are the girls really making??
Also, how many tables are usally per section for one waitress??

my bf went to hooters when he was deployed....there were like 20 of his army buddies there and they all tipped like 20 and 30 bucks a piece...they make pretty good money! It's not about the food!

Being a hostess at any establishment requires you to be freindly even to those unfreindly to you.
I have been to places that have very attractive women yet their attitude didn't warrant a substantial tip.
Just because you may have "hooters" your attitude would be the main reason the tips are bigger...no pun intended.

My Daughter worked at Hooters. Was not uncommon for her to make $150 in tips a night.

waitress do not make that much, were I live there is a restraunt and the waitresses make $2.15 and hour plus tip, this is a small town so that suck but in a big town that can't be much more so I guess you need tips......BIGTIME
