I rang for new rungs, but ringing a rung man about a rung rang a bell and i've wrung his neck .

New ones can be a bit steep and the prices are going through the roof. You should have rung me, i could have given you both a lift. I laddered my stockings once, but a man came along and saw to them for me and i didn't have to pay, but he admitted it was his fault for taking them down in the first place.

New ladders are least of your problems at the mo', hope you got good insurance cover or ur in deep sh1t!

You could try shop lifting a new ladder but it won't be easy, you'll have to take it one step at a time.
