There is no PAL ticket office in Guangzhou the nearest are:

Shanghai - (008621) 62798765
Xiamen - (0086592) 2394729 or 2394730 or 2394765
That's the reservation office number. You can ask them their corresponding address if you want to drop by at their ticketing office.
