I have a husband and for the last 3 months I have been cheating on him with our childrens nanny. I dont know what to do but I have more feelings for our nanny than my husband. Do I tell him or just leave him for big_tits12832?

The feelings you have are called "NRE" New Relationship Energy" It can last quite a while but will subside. Until you get past the NRE phase you are not really feeling about this person like you will long-term. do not act impulsively based on what you feel now.
On the other hand your husband deserves to know. you need to talk to him about this person and how you feel. Don't go into the sexual details but otherwise you need to tell him everything. If your completely open and honest with him, he may forgive you, he may even accept the relationship. I've seen this happen time and time again, but it isn't by far a sure thing that he accept this other person in your life.
Oh, he's going to be very mad because you have been hiding or lying about this relationship and it could have a huge impact on how he feels about you (not the sex - but the lying).
But if you love your husband, even if you feel you love this other person too, then tell him and do it quickly. The longer this goes on the worse it will be.
Having said that, humans are not monogamous by nature. Men and women are monogamous by social conditioning. some people are less controlled by the social conditioning than other so the likelihood of non-monogamy increases. If you wish to maintain a marriage to your husband then you need to be perfectly honest about the fact that you are non-monogamous. From the way you wrote this question and your comments I don't think this will be a one-time situation except by aggressively controlling your behavior so you don't get into these situations again --- not likely.
I am polyamorous and so is my wife, if you need some help in dealing with telling your husband, you can write me back (email in my Answers" profile). Take it from someone who knows. The way you feel know about your nanny will diminish in a little while, and be replaced by something more lasting (hopefully). The way you feel about your husband, assuming you love him, is likely the way you'll feel about the "nanny" person in time. Don't decide to leave your husband because of NRE. Talk to him and see where it takes you.
Remember cheating is the dishonesty - not the sex.

why don't you have the nanny put the kids to bed then have a nice dinner with the 3 of you. then u can get things going with the nanny and ur husband together. a nice sexy show between u and the nanny will get him in the mood to join in then all of u can enjoy each other.
