Sea Lamprey
The sea lamprey is an invading nonindigenous species that has had an immense impact on fish communities, fisheries, and fishery management in the St. Lawrence River and the Great Lakes of North America. Native to the Atlantic Ocean, sea lampreys probably entered the Great Lakes via the Hudson River and its artificial extension, the Erie Canal, which was opened to Lake Ontario in 1819.
The sea lamprey is a parasitic fish that uses its rasping mouth on the Kennebec River to watch the alewives climb the ledges of the falls
was the only thing i could find that can climb rocks.. but it says in canda but falls are not listed as a spefic place..

It's a Sea Lamprey!! It took a lot of Googling but I finally found it!!! Yeah, it's really cool because they clmb by using their mouths. The pictures are kinda gross because all they show is the mouth but if you go to yahoo images, you'll find what I talking about. Hope this helps!!!
