mine used to do it all the time. climb the treet, which makes it top-heavy, and over it goes.
I now attach wires from the tree to the wall in 2 places to keep it from going over

Yes they can. I have 4 cats. What you need to do is have a small spray bottle of water and everytime your cat gets near the tree spray him/her. I have only had to do this one time once I have the tree up and my cats leave the tree alone. Also, do not hang any ornaments on the lower branches because that is what attracts them. Remember they are mischievous pets.

yes they can, I have a 7' x-mas tree and an 17lbs cat. he climbs to the top and it falls. TIMBER!!!! What is really funny is when he hides in the middle and jumps out onto people during the holidays. Its like an Halloween prank at Christmas!

My cat would not only knock it over but she would play and live in it. I swear the pine smell makes cats CRAZY i tell you just CRAZY!! good luck on that

lol probably. i know one thing for sure, my cats get into our christmas tree every year and if they are big enough, yes, they might knock it over. TIMBER!!

It probably could. My kitten only climbs up inside it but has never knocked it over, yet!
